Operations and Communication Supervisor

OQ Technology Sarl is looking for a candidate for operations and communication supervisor role to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team at its facility in Luxembourg to participate in the development activities of its 5G IoT Business.

We are working on building the cutting-edge end-to-end prototype & trial systems for satellite and ground networks. These will be used not only to prove out new technology ideas and features but also to provide a platform for early demonstrations with top tier customers around the world. We are looking for a self-starter and motivated individual who wants to take his/her experience to the next level. Someone who likes to combine practical hands-on work with motivation in a fast development.

Full Time – Employment (on-site)


 Coordinate the management operations and processes inside the company.
 Manage and lead digital marketing activities.
 Manage recruitment and hiring process from candidate search, interviews, until contract signature and employee onboarding.
 Internal and external communication responsibility.
 Events and trade shows coordination and organization.
 Participate and oversee the sales and leads generation process.
 Manage and coordinate internal company human resources needs and respond accordingly.
 Act as interface between management and core team.
 Manage sales and digital marketing tools.
 Participate in coordinating enterprise IT and digital operations.
 Travelling 50% of the time for events and to meet clients

Mandatory Requirements:
 A university degree
 8+ years of working experience in management or leadership roles.
 Has led a team of more than 30 people.
 Experience in recruitment and HR.
 Experience in digital marketing.
 Experience in event management and coordination.
 Experience in internal and external communication and PR.
 International work experience, preferably in North America or Middle East.
 Experience with graphic design.
 Multilingual, fluent English and Arabic are mandatory, Turkish is also preferred.
 Mobility and flexibility as the job requires 50% travel time.
 Easy and wide travel access status with low travel restrictions.
 Motivated, proactive and self-starter, ability to to work long hours and also during weekends in a startup environment.
 Available within less than a month.
