Administrative Assistant

OQ Technology is looking for a candidate as an administrativer assistant to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team at its facility in Luxembourg to participate in the development activities of its 5G IoT Business.


We are working on building the cutting-edge end-to-end prototype & trial systems for satellite and ground networks.

Responsiblities involve:

  • Looking after companies daily operations
  • Preparation of budgets and financial documents.
  • Suppliers and customers contracts coordination
  • Following on procurements and costs
  • Following on recruitment
  • Travel arrangements and conferences.
  • Events and calendar arrangements.

Required:

  • English professional language
  • Experience in a similar field
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg tax and financial system
  • Team work skills
  • EU residency
  • Able to work in a startup environment
  • Working on-site (not remote)

Starting:

Within 1 month
