OQ Technology is looking for a candidate as an administrativer assistant to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team at its facility in Luxembourg to participate in the development activities of its 5G IoT Business.
We are working on building the cutting-edge end-to-end prototype & trial systems for satellite and ground networks.
- Looking after companies daily operations
- Preparation of budgets and financial documents.
- Suppliers and customers contracts coordination
- Following on procurements and costs
- Following on recruitment
- Travel arrangements and conferences.
- Events and calendar arrangements.
- English professional language
- Experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of Luxembourg tax and financial system
- Team work skills
- EU residency
- Able to work in a startup environment
- Working on-site (not remote)
